MAY 31, 2006 - The International Sports & Entertainment Festival is coming to the Cleveland Convention Center in Cleveland, OH June 15^th-18^th.  The festival will offer a full-range of sports and entertainment gaming cards and collectibles, toys, and event-used equipment.  In addition, 80+ current and former athletes and celebrities will be on hand to sign autographs at the featured Autograph Pavilion.  Scheduled guests include former BGSU standout and recent NFL Draft selection of the Pittsburgh Steelers, Omar Jacobs.  Also scheduled to appear for autograph signings are NFL Hall-of-Famers and former Cleveland Browns greats Jim Brown, Art Donovan, Lenny Moore and Gino Marchetti, as well as former Cleveland Indians Fritz Peterson and "Sudden" Sam McDowell.

Other scheduled sports star appearances include the likes of BGSU standout and NBA great Nate Thurmond, Deion Sanders, Cris Carter, Brian Bosworth, Whitey Ford, Dick Allen, Ken Griffey, Juan Marichal, Archie Griffin, Joe Theisman, Rollie Fingers, Ozzie Newsome, and many more!

Clash in Cleveland Tickets Available

BGSU Athletics will have a booth at the festival with tickets to the Clash in Cleveland 2006 Falcon Football Season Opener available for purchase with NO ADDED FEES!  The game is a rematch of last year's season-opening thriller between the BGSU Falcons and Big Ten powerhouse Wisconsin Badgers.  Taking place September 2, 2006, it's the first ever Division I-A college football game to be played at Cleveland Browns Stadium.  For further information, call 877-BGSU TICKET.

Kids Free Days Set for Thursday & Friday, June 15^th & 16^th

General Admission tickets start at ONLY $12, but on Thursday & Friday, June 15^th and 16^th, youngsters 15 and under get in FREE!  These days were scheduled to coincide with special appearances by current Cleveland Browns players (on Thursday the 15^th) the day before their mini-camp begins.  Scheduled to show are Reuben Droughns (RB), Nick Eason (DL), Steve Heiden (TE), Lee Suggs (RB), Brian Russell (DB), Andrew Hoffman (DL), Andra Davis (LB), and 1^st Round NFL Draft pick Kamerion Wimbley (LB).
